An evening parade of yachts and working boats decorated for Christmas along the Morehead City and Beaufort waterfronts. Waterfront merchants in both towns host open house in the afternoon. Core Sound Decoy Festival
Annual show and sale of waterfowl carvings of the Core Sound Decoy Carvers Guild. Exhibitors will be displaying and selling decoys and waterfowl artifacts. Events held during the festival include: carving competition, children's decoy painting, retriever demonstrations, decoy auction, head carving contest, and loon calling contest. www.decoyguild.com

Coastal Carolina Christmas Walk
The Christmas Walk features open house tours of historic Beaufort Bed and Breakfast Inns and the Beaufort Historic Site buildings decorated in period fashion for Christmas. A special, narrated holiday bus tour through the Historic District is available aboard the vintage British double-decker bus Beaufort Historic Site

Beaufort Historical Association Candlelight Tour of Homes
