Only thing was the depth finder had broken and they didn't tell us until we returned, would have been nice to know the depth and the anchor was not a very sturdy one for the mushy muddy sound to anchor us well.

They incorporated safety seamlessly (no small feat on a windy day with choppy waters and teenagers who predictably don't listen well). They got fantastic pictures of all of us and the sim card with all of our pics was $25 (a bargain for three families). Overall an awesome experience!
