Local students and top chefs combine their skills to present a multiple course meal that diners won’t soon forget at this monthly springtime event that will appeal to anyone with great tastes. The Escoffier Chef Dinner Series features a local celebrity chef for each of its monthly affairs, and is an opportunity to discover a world of flavors and local fresh ingredients without ever leaving the heart of the Crystal Coast area.

All dinners take place at the Crystal Coast Civic Center on the campus of the Carteret Community College, and attendees will be treated to a festive atmosphere with plenty of great tastes and delicious fare to go around. March’s dinner will showcase the talents of Chef Floyd Olmstead, while April’s dinner will feature Michelin Star Chef Pascal Coulon, and both top chefs will be assisted by local students who will show off their own acquired skills. With proceeds from the event supporting the CCC Culinary Program, the Dinner Series is a great way for visitors and locals alike to dive into the regional cuisine scene while supporting a very worthy cause. Individual dinners and ticket packages of four are both available, and visitors are encouraged to sign up for this popular event well in advance.
