Lots of amenities at A Place At The Beach!! Two bedroom two bath (tub/shower combo) courtyard unit with a view overlooking the outdoor pool and water slide. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath, the second bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils and washer & dryer. A Place at the Beach offers family fun for everyone: outdoor pool with water slide, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool with hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf, grilling area... You won't need to leave! Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens and towels with beds made. Wifi included. This property is a Sunday to Sunday rental. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Great view
Couldn’t have asked for a better location or view. Close to the pool, beach, elevator and stairs. This was our second year staying in this unit. All beds had a thick layer of foam padding that made the bed very soft making it uncomfortable. Living room furniture was extremely dirty and floors were sticky. Overall nice vacation

Great Resort/Had Better Rooms
APATB Atlantic Beach, NC is a wonder resort with great amenities, staff and opportunities. The unit my family and I stayed in, #278 needs some upgrades. The room was not clean, trash had not been taken out, a light bulb was broken out in the bathroom, only one remote worked, and the master bed would swallow you up and your feet were way above your head.

APATB vacation
Nice complex and great view. Location is close to the pool and beach. The amenities in the condo could use some updating but that didn’t deter us from having a good time exploring the area.

Girls Weekend
He had a wonderful stay. The views and location were great. The condo had plenty of room for the 4 of us. When we first walked in the sliding doors had issue. However the management company had the door fixed within an hour. I would definitely recommend this condo.

A place at the Beach #278
Great condo with a great view! Needs new sliding door to balcony. Kept coming off the track and didn’t open/close easily. Everything else worked as it should.

Clean and Cozy
We had a wonderful stay at Atlantic Beach. Our unit in a great location on the property. We loved the option to check-in and out on Sunday. The beds were comfy and nice. Everything was tidy, clean and updated. The grounds at A Place at the Beach are so clean and well maintained. The staff was hospitable. We will be back!

Great place
We have stayed at A Place at the Beach numerous times and 278 is in a great location. Directly overlooking pool with views of the beach also. Very close to elevator and steps accessing parking lot and pool.

Great unit and location!
This condo is nicely updated in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, with a great selection of pots, pans, etc. in the kitchen. The king bed in the master is very comfortable, but the main bed in the second bedroom is noisy so every time our daughter rolled over, it woke the one sleeping on the trundle. The ocean view is even better than pictured, and the location is convenient to the beach and outdoor pool. There were also some sand toys and other beach items.The only sound we heard from the other condos was the sliding door. However, if someone is smoking on a nearby balcony, you will be stuck inhaling it if you go to the balcony. Overall, we would definitely rent this unit again.

Happy overall, but...
The unit was in a convenient location within the complex and was in general well kept. The living room furnishings could use some TLC - for example, the pet couch cover was unappealing. We checked in Sunday and were informed that the sliding glass door was broken and there was an approximate 2 inch gap that would not be fixed until Tuesday. Considering it was the end of July, it was very hot and uncomfortable in our unit for the first couple days. A sincere apology from the management company would have been appreciated. I would consider APATB again, but will probably look at other units unless there is some general updating to this one.

Another great week!
This is our 4th year staying at APATB and the third time we have stayed at this rental. It is a great location on the property with close proximity to the pool and beach. The condo is clean and has all the things we needed. The only thing we would change would be an updated smart tv with things like Netflix and Disney plus for the kids.

Amazing Unit and Service
Beautiful view, clean and well-kept rooms, great location just steps from the beach and a huge pool with a 150' water slide. On top of all that, the team at Realty World provided amazing service. The AC went over the weekend, and they had someone there to fix it in less than an hour. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm looking for a beach vacation.

They go the extra mile to make your vacation great
Our arrival was delayed by one day due to Hurricane Dorian. I called rental agency and left a message that we were on our way. Staff contacted me to tell me they wanted to change to this condo as they felt the one I originally reserved was not up to par. The condo we were reassigned was wonderful. It had great views and was in good shape. The realty staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. I highly recommend them

Perfect family beach spot
Our condo was clean and looked as described. We enjoyed the pool and the children’s activities all week. The beach was easily accessed too! The office was nice and easy to deal with.

Master bed needs new mattress badly!
All was great but the master bedroom really needs a new mattress. We did not sleep good at all. We left one day early because of it. Thanks Faith Miller

Great condo for a family vacation
We had read that a few condos at "A Place at the Beach" need serious updating, but that was not the case in this was in great condition with new tubs and floors. Also, I'm not sure that the pictures do the ocean view justice, it was better than expected. Great place for a family as the kids loved the pool, waterslide, mini golf, shuffleboard, etc. in addition to the beach. Also, our unit had a shade structure, beach chairs, and sand toys which kept us from purchasing these items and leaving them behind. We would definitely rent this place again!
