Available June 11-18, 2023 only. Renovated two years ago. Close to beach. Indoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. First floor. Unit has elevator access, and a few steps access.
Peppertree - Atlantic Beach Resort (Festiva).
Resort requires credit card on file for incidentals. There is no sales pitch/presentation. This is my week that I own.
Check in 4pm 6/11, checkout 10am 6/18. You can come earlier and stay later those days to use the beach access and pools.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.

If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
