Summer Breeze is a private triplex home, featuring THREE separate living spaces, each with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a living room, dining area and full kitchen! This listing is for SUMMER BREEZE EAST+BUNGALOW, a combined set of separate upstairs and downstairs units, each with 3 BR and 2 BA, sleeping 13 total. See the bottom of this listing for all rental configurations available.

The pressure is OFF to fix a humongous family dinner every nighttime while trying to relax - each family group can prepare a dish in their own kitchen to share, or just split off for some peaceful time in each unit!

New to the rental market in 2022, Summer Breeze is located directly across from a beach walkway - you'll be on the soft sand in moments! Come home for lunch and snacks - don't worry about sand in the sandwiches! And there are splendid vistas of the crystal ocean from the cavernous upper decks (East and West units). The slightly more petite lower unit on the East side, which we affectionately call "The Bungalow," offers ocean peeks, a shady patio and NO STAIRS to contend with!

All rooms - living areas AND bedrooms - in Summer Breeze have a view toward the ocean, and the decks will provide plenty of relaxation as the sun goes down! Kitchens are completely supplied with all of the essential items (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, flatware, serving dishes, appliances) you'll need to whip up a great meal! Summer Breeze also offers high-speed Spectrum internet and TV (1 enormous intelligent TV per unit).

A max. of 2 cars per units is allowed, so Summer Breeze East+Bungalow will have parking for 4 cars total, no exceptions.

Summer Breeze East (2830223) is an upper-level unit offering 3 BR / 2 BA, sleeping 7 people.
Summer Breeze West (2756822) is an upper-level unit offering 3 BR / 2 BA, sleeping 7 people.
The Bungalow at Summer Breeze (2821655) is a slightly more petite option with 3 BR / 2 BA, sleeping 6 people. This is a ground-level property with no steps to climb.
Summer Breeze East & The Bungalow (2756755) is a combination of the upper East unit plus the ground-level Bungalow. This offers a total of 6 BR / 4 BA (sleeping 13), and is a great option for bigger families traveling with elderly parents.
Summer Breeze, whole home (2535770) includes all three units, East, West and The Bungalow. This option offers a total of 9 BR / 6 BA, sleeping 20 people.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Beach Wheels Bike Rental. The Sweet Spot and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Booking the best Crystal Coast rental home experience:

When to reserve a Crystal Coast rental & When to go:

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Emerald Isle. To get the best value, consider shifting your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warm weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Look for your local Crystal Coast area magazine upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitor guides have money saving offers on local restaurants, attractions, and tours.

Filter your rental search:

  • Begin by choosing trip dates and a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Second-Row EAST Unit w EASY beach access has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, reach out to the property manager before booking the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
  • Some properties allow pets, and others don't. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property manager about pet restrictions before booking.
  • Visiting for a specific event? Use a map search to find nearby rentals.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.

Tips to have a smooth stay:

  • Add the owner's contact information to your phone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent lots of difficulties.
  • Lock your rental home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Note any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately contact the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Be respectful. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a fantastic time? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
