This Contemporary style coastal beach home features 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed and a full. There is a bedroom with two bunk bed full over full and twin over full that can accommodate all the kids.

We have adapted our home to allow for working from this home while being at a vacation destination. On the second floor in one of the bedrooms we have set up a working desk. The desk has a docking station to which you can connect a laptop and it includes; additional monitor, scanner, printer that can be connected to wirelessly, a keyboard and a mouse. There is also a comfortable office chair with proper lumbar support.

On the first floor there is a game room with a pool table that has a sliding glass door that opens onto a deck directly to the pool, in addition there is a bedroom with a full bed as well as a full bath. In the carport area we added a Pop-A-Shot Basketball game that should be entertaining for everybody.

Each of the master bedrooms enjoys its own private bath as well as the kids bedroom. Across from bedroom with the Queen and full bed is a full bath that sports a double sink vanity.

There is a bathtub in every bathroom.

Every Bathroom has been refreshed in 2018

On the second floor of the home there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The homes reverse floor plan style has the common rooms on the third floor in an open style with a dining area that can conveniently seat 10 adults with a side table that has the ability to accommodate six more if needed.

The rooms are sizable, bright and airy.

The third floor also has the second master bedroom with a full bath.

There is a convenient half bath on the third floor open to the family room. The home has 6 TV's, wifi, complimentary local phone service.

There are decks off the back of the home overlooking our 12 x 24 inground pool with vistas of the ocean available on the third floor deck. conversation seating on both decks as well as outside dining on the 3rd floor deck makes this home a very calming place to stay and relax. A new gas grille has been installed on the third floor for your use and enjoyment.


The outdoor features are striking with a impressive 12 x 24
in-ground pool that has a deep end of 5 1/2 feet and a shallow end of 3 1/2 feet with plenty of outdoor lounges. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water after a day at the beach and in the pool.

The home has its own private walkway to the beach. It is a 3 min. walk to the beach on the walkway. The beach is pretty and because you are facing south you will be able to appreciate sunsets and sunrises on the beach. We have plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for your use.

The property is a nice size and you will find that the driveway will accommodate your cars without a problem including your trailered fishing boat that you can launch from the local ramps at no cost to you.

About the Area

Located in Pine Knoll Shores, this villa is by the ocean. Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Motor boating, surfing/body boarding and fishing adventures can be found near the property.
