We completely made over both sides of this property in 2018 including a new saltwater pool (shared between east and west sides of duplex), quartz counter tops, linens, appliances, paint, and floor throughout. SEE the NEW PHOTOS!

You will adore the private walkway to the beach, deck overlooking a private pool (shared by both sides of duplex), ceiling fans in every room, covered parking, Wi-Fi, and Intelligent TVs in every room.

NEWLY ADDED enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and NEW area to play cornhole. (Added in 2021)

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in The Point, a neighborhood in Emerald Isle. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding the best rental value:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Crystal Coast restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.
