Oceanfront, single family, four bedroom, generously decorated bungalow. Three decks (two oceanfront).
UPPER-LEVEL features three bedrooms, each with impressive ocean vistas and ceiling fans. K R*Q 2S. Living room with 55-inch HDTV, WIFI, Apple TV, and Blu-ray DVD. Dining area seats six. Very sizable master with King, cable TV, attached covered deck, and ceramic tile floor bath suite with laundry chute. All hard wood floors. Entirely equipped cavernous kitchen with quartz countertops, dining table which expands as needed, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, pull down ironing board and iron, card/puzzle table. Central air and heat.
LOWER-LEVEL Lower level (separate exterior entrance only) porcelain tile floor, washer/dryer, second refrigerator and microwave. Sizable sitting area with table and four chairs, 50” flat screen intelligent TV and Queen sleeper couch. One bedroom with Queen and flat screen intelligent TV, full bath, central air and heat. Outside shower (cold only), gas grille. Linens included with weekly units. Rents Saturday to Saturday! No Animals!

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach. Flatwaters Paddling and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Emerald Plantation.   • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
