D-105 is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, First Floor Oceanview Condo. This unit has 3 Intelligent TVs and High-Speed Wireless Internet is included for your convenience. There is also a covered deck with deck furnishings, Dining area, and a Wet bar. You will find a entirely equipped kitchen with appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, Toaster oven, and a blender!

When to visit & When to book:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in the Crystal Coast area. Booking your vacation rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
