Buildings have courtyard atrium gardens & waterfalls. 24 hour security gate. Oceanfront gazebo with seating, private walkway & outside showers. Elevators in each building. Sorry, No Family Animals.

Queens Court 1201 is a One Bedroom, One Bath, Oceanfront Condo. Appreciate the striking Ocean vistas from your private covered balcony! Living Area has elegant Ocean vistas, a Queen Sleep Couch, and direct access to the private covered balcony.There is also a Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD Player in the Living Room. The bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. Dining Area has seating for four, and additional seating for three at the Breakfast Bar. The Kitchen Area includes a Microwave and Dishwasher.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area.
