Olde Towne Yacht Club #511 is a handsome Sound Front condo located in Beaufort, NC! This immaculate condo features an open kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops and; stainless-steel appliances. Savor beautiful vistas of the sound from the balcony, accessible from the Living Room and; Master Bedroom. You can also appreciate these handsome sound vistas while dining at the dinner table or watching a movie with the family! Each bedroom has it's own TV with cable or Roku TV. Take advantage of the public beach access at Radio Island or hangout by the outdoor community pool and; Hot Tub at Olde Town Yacht Club. A Premier Linen Package is supplied with each reservation! **Boat Slips and; Lifts can be rented for your stay. Please contact our office and we can provide information to book your spot.**

The Community Pool will close around the end of October and reopen around May, weather permitting.

About the Area

Located in Beaufort, this condo is on the waterfront. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Mount Maker Charters are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect your property!
  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
