301 West Sound of the Sea is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront condo. Living area has a TV, DVD Player, and access to a covered deck with table and chairs. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar Area with dishwasher, microwave & washer/dryer. Master Bedroom has a King Bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have 2 Twin Beds. 4 Color Cable TVs, 2 DVD Players. High Speed Wireless Internet Access Supplied!

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards. Sound of the Sea West condos will also receive 1 Parking Pass to park one car by the building. Additional parking will be available in the overflow lot. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

Reminder: The modest complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!
