Gorgeous 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, freshly refreshed townhome with loft overlooking the water. Has one king size bed and two fold out twin beds. Spectacular new high-end furnishings throughout. Updated kitchen with high-end appliances and completely supplied with coffee. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use as well. Peaceful and serene environment. For a modest daily fee, you can use the close by indoor and outdoor pool, gym, tennis courts, mini-golf and much more.

About the Area

This vacation home is located in New Bern. New Bern Civic Theatre and B'nai Sholem Temple are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Northwest Creek Marina and New Bern Grand Marina. Isaac Taylor Garden and Havelock Tourist & Event Center are also worth visiting.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to stimulate future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
