Primary bedroom featuring a plush King-size bed with a wall mounted 50 inch intelligent TV and 2 multi charging stations. 2 huge nighttime stands that have a key to lock to secure your personal items. The primary bedroom has a private full bathroom.

The 2nd Bedroom comes with a Queen size bed, with a wall mounted 50 inch intelligent TV and 2 multi charging stations.

The 3rd Bedroom comes with a Full size and Twin bed with a wall mounted 50 inch intelligent TV and a multi charging station.

The home has a main full bathroom.

Entirely equipped kitchen with side by side refrigerator with water and ice in the door, dishwasher, electric flat top stove and microwave. The kitchen has most everything you need to prepare meals.

The dining room has a farmhouse table that comfortably seats 6 people.
There is also a folding table and chairs in the garage when additional seats are needed.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to the entire home with the Exception of these areas. There is a modest locked closet in the primary bedroom (not the main closet) that is used for cleaning supplies. There is a locked storage cabinet in the garage that we use for additional supplies. There is a stairway with a safety gate at the bottom of the steps, and a locked door at the top of the steps which leads to an unfinished attic. The unfinished attic area is not accessible to guests for safety reasons. There are a few light switches in the home that have inaccessible covers over them, 1 switch will not operate anything and the others keep the power on to the dusk to dawn outdoor lights for the convenience of the guests.

Other things to note:

*Some guests may feel more comfortable using 1 of the 2 step stools located in the kitchen pantry closet to access the king bed, as it is a bit high.
*Guests have access to garage. You may park a car inside the garage, open and close overhead door using button on wall at top of garage steps.
*There is a working refrigerator in the garage available for guests to use if needed.
*No Smoking, Vaping or illegal drugs: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes and vapes, is stringently prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property. Guests will be charged for any damages resulting from smoking.

*Respect for Neighbors: This is a residential neighborhood with a 25 mph speed limit. Please be respectful to the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
