Ground level roomy conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a outstanding beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

C-228 is an Oceanfront, 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Condo on the 2nd floor. This condo features a granite floor throughout the entire condo. Living Area is elegantly decorated and offers a calming and comfortable area with a 70in TV. There is a covered deck facing the ocean. Step out and view the ocean and feel the warm calming breeze on your face. The dining area features a nice snack bar while providing ample seating for a sit down dinner. Entirely equipped kitchen/bar area with mahogany cabinets, dishwasher, & microwave. Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, TV & bath. Bedroom #2 with Twin Bunk and Queen Bed and flat screen TV. Bath. 3 TVs, CD Player w/Stereo. Deck with Furnishings. Washer/Dryer.

Linens and Towels Supplied (Non-discounted, weekly stays only)

No Family Animals. No Smoking.

Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay (off-season only).

Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling.
