There are many upgrades throughout our unit, but most importantly the view is spectacular. One of our favorite hobbies is to sit on the balcony and watch for dolphins. We have even seen whales!The Ocean Club offers two pools and spas, a kids's pool and cabana, and a fishing pier. There is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by. Take time to appreciate Morehead city and Beaufort as well as going to Shackleford Banks to visit the wild horses. Windows can be opened entirely by an adult. Safety clips are included for the electric stove. Streaming Services: Paramount and Peacock streaming services are supplied along with some other complimentary services. Heat/AC: The heat/AC is operated using a Google Nest thermometer. The area is very peaceful and, due to the configuration of the roads, there is very little traffic. A sizable sound side boat access and public park, with pier, is a short walk away. Chapel by the Sea church is also in this area.The beach is far from the busy areas of Emerald Isle, yet only a short drive, or bicycle ride, from shopping and eateries. Cable TV and wireless internet service are supplied. There are three flat screen TV's. One in the great room, one in the bunk bed room, and one in the downstairs game room. The game room includes a pool table and there is an additional refrigerator in the garage.Three bedrooms are located on the second floor, with the fourth bedroom on the 3rd floor, near the living area.
