This pretty, well-appointed 3 bedroom town home has everything you need for an gorgeous beach vacation. Savor private, sweeping ocean-front vistas from a private, huge deck or from the striking open-concept living room and kitchen. The property is located in a peaceful town home community, just steps from the pool and ocean, which means you will have plenty of room to spread out and savor your surroundings. The lower patio opens out onto a modest lawn, which is ideal for letting the kids play or a spirited game of corn hole before dinner.

As we don’t provide linens, towels, dishtowels, toilet paper, etc. you may either bring your own or if you prefer, rent them locally. We recommend using “Blue Water Linens” Blue Water already provides cleaning services for our townhome and is able to deliver and pickup linens directly from the unit saving you time and hassle.

The modern kitchen has been remodeled, has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an island with barstools, and comes entirely equipped so you can appreciate cooking and entertaining while overlooking the ocean. The living room and all bedrooms were re-decorated in summer 2019 with fresh colors, bespoke fabrics, artwork and special touches (Simply Southern linens!) to create a modern yet comfortable environment to relax and relax. This home epitomizes beach chic! We have furnished this home with additional splurges and details which make it really special.

We also have all of the technology you'll need! Appreciate your beach vacation while staying in touch with the office utilizing our high speed wireless internet, or relax watching the 55-inch TV in the living room or the TV in any of the 3 bedrooms.

Please note that we have external security cameras monitoring entry and exit as well as weather conditions. We are not pet friendly and is against HOA rules. This include emotional support animals which are NOT protected by the ADA.

About the Area

Located in Pine Knoll Shores, this vacation home is on the beach. Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Beach Wheels Bike Rental.
