Central air/heat, well equipped full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel-steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig. Washer/dryer. 4 flat screen/intelligent TV(s). Child’s booster seat and pack n play. One building from ocean access. Look down over the dunes in this 5th floor unit located in the West building. Building has elevator. 2 parking spaces allowed. Complex has wireless internet access, community pool, tennis and gated entry. Convenient to stores, eateries, putt-putt and water slides. Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy trip insurance.
