Make your next family vacation a memorable one in this delightful, oceanfront condo on the first floor of Dunescape Villas in Atlantic Beach. Or, follow the walkway to the handsome, white-sand beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, and collect seashells.

This condo features all the amenities of home and all the conveniences of a great vacation. Use the elevator and bags carts for simple access and be greeted by a comfortable living room that's great for cooling down and watching TV after a sunny day spent on the beach. Allow yourself to be carried away by the beautiful view of the ocean on the screened-in balcony just off the living room.

The entirely equipped kitchen, with all major and modest appliances, makes cooking for the family a breeze. Don’t forget the courtyard has grilles if you're in the mood for burgers or steaks. At mealtime, gather the family around the four-person dining table; if you need additional seating, there are stools at the counter next to the table so everybody can join in on the fun.

After the kids have washed away the beach in the conveniently located hall bath, you can tuck them into the two twin beds. This room also offers the convenience of a private half-bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. As for the primary bedroom, you'll find a king bed, a TV, a private bath with a shower stall, and a private oceanfront balcony. Tricks and tips to get the very best rental experience:

Find your perfect rental home:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Many rental management companies supply Crystal Coast area visitor guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Crystal Coast visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

How to choose the best vacation rental in the Crystal Coast area:

  • Select a designated group leader, choose your vacation dates, and select a budget.
  • Note the number beds and the configuration your group needs. First-Floor, Oceanfront Condo with a Beach View, WiFi, W/D & Shared Pool has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is generally accessible online. Otherwise, email the property owner before you book the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to establish what configuration is suitable for your vacation group.
  • Some rentals allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the host about pets before booking.
  • If there's a certain Crystal Coast beach you crave, browse rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Put the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Document any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if a dispute is filed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your home life. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and attractions you would've not otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
