♥ IF you are booking direct, PLEASE READ. We no longer do security deposits. What we do is we charge a $50/month "management fee" which we use to buy a damage protection policy. Additionally, to reserve the unit, we require a 25% of first months rent deposit upon confirmation. The additional 75% is due the day you arrive.

Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
