Bring the whole family to the "Salty Sealutions" south side townhome just mins. away from everything Emerald Isle has to offer and more importantly just a short walk (less than 8 mins.) from the beach. "Salty Sealutions" was freshly refreshed and freshly furnished early 2023. You will have everything you need to appreciate a week or just a few days of appreciating the beach life. Featuring an outdoor charcoal grille, hot and cold outside shower, and cavernous open family floor plan, it's the ideal space!

~1100 square feet of newly refreshed living space in a convenient location in Emerald Isle. Just a short walk to the beach and located just off the Emerald Isle bicycle path where you can savor a morning walk, job or bicycle ride.

Bedroom 1: King | Bedroom 2: Queen | Bedroom 3: Bunk (Single up, Double down, and Single trundle)

Parking 3 cars or 2 SUVs. The driveway is shared with the south side of the duplex. There is additional street parking on the side yard.

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
