Ocean Club I-104 is a first-floor, nearly-oceanfront condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience and there are three flat-panel TVs for your entertainment as well as some cable channels and a Blu-Ray player. Appreciate the convenience of in-unit stackable laundry so you won't have to travel far to make sure you've got dry beach towels for tomorrow! The completely-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a refrigerator with an attached ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as extras like a Keurig coffee maker and blender - hello, beachside smoothies and margaritas!

Total linens includes one queen and two twins.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. There is also a den with a couch and flat-screen TV and the living room has a sectional, 2 armchairs, and the third flat-screen TV.

Your rental includes access to a community lounge, exercise center, and modest game room. Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch aras for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grille access.

• Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
