The space
As you step inside, you'll be immediately impressed by the sleek and inviting living area. Note: This apartment is equipped with a full-size bed. It is recommended for 2 adults. If you have infant or kid that you would like to join you, please let me know and we can make arrangements.


Early Check-in:
We try to accommodate early check-in to the max. extent possible for $50, pending coordination with our cleaners' schedule. Just let us know if you would like us to try to make that work for you.


Unexpected, additional guests:
The premises are limited to the number of guests on the reservation. Guests will be assessed $50 per nighttime per guest that was not listed on the reservation, and we reserve the right to decline hosting these additional, unexpected guests at any time, for any reason. However, guests that want to bring additional friends over for a couple hours during the day may do so with prior coordination.

This apartment only shares parking and yard space. The entire upstairs apartment is completely private for your enjoyment.

The downstairs apartment is also coming soon to our hosting so if you need additional space for another event while being able to have your own privacy, please ask if we can accommodate both units.

  • Summertime is high season in New Bern. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Crystal Coast attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection.
