The space
As you step inside, you'll be immediately impressed by the sleek and inviting living area. The bedroom features a cozy full-size bed that guarantees a restful nighttime's sleep. With crisp linens, plush pillows, and tasteful décor, it provides a calming haven for relaxation. The bathroom features a modern design, complete with a walk-in shower and all the necessary amenities for your convenience.

Note: This apartment is equipped with a full-size bed. It is recommended for 2 adults. If you have infant or kid that you would like to join you, please let me know and we can make arrangements.


Early Check-in:
We try to accommodate early check-in to the max. extent possible for $50, pending coordination with our cleaners' schedule. Just let us know if you would like us to try to make that work for you.


Unexpected, additional guests:
The premises are limited to the number of guests on the reservation. Guests will be assessed $50 per nighttime per guest that was not listed on the reservation, and we reserve the right to decline hosting these additional, unexpected guests at any time, for any reason. However, guests that want to bring additional friends over for a couple hours during the day may do so with prior coordination.

Guest access
This apartment only shares parking and yard space. The entire upstairs apartment is completely private for your enjoyment.

The downstairs apartment is also coming soon to our hosting so if you need additional space for another event while being able to have your own privacy, please ask if we can accommodate both units.
