There is a new Keurig K-Duo Coffee Maker, which accepts single serve K-cups and can also brew drip coffee with a 12-cup carafe.The living room has a 50” Samsung Intelligent TV with constructed-in Alexa. There is a screened-in porch off of the living room with seating overlooking the dunes, boarded walkway to the beach and, of course, the ocean.Throughout the complex, there are numerous picnic areas with tables and charcoal grilles; you will need to provide your own charcoal. There are four swimming pools and multiple private beach access points with gazebos overlooking the beach. To use the pools, a release form must be signed prior to check-in.All of the buildings at Dunescape Villas have parking tons near the unit. If additional parking is needed, there is overflow parking across the street. 2 parking passes supplied for parking at unit.Bed linens, bath towels, and bath mats are not included. However, we strongly recommend that these structures are not left up overnight. Objects left on the beach overnight may interfere with nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings, and they also have a tendency to go missing when they are left unattended. In order to keep your visit safe and delightful, we suggest that any structures be removed from the beach at nighttime.Property is equipped with an external security camera at the entrance to our condo facing the entryway door. Damages to property will be the responsibility of the guest.The AreaDirectly across the street you have condo access to a pier and day-dock to keep your boat on the Bogue Sound as well as park your trailer. If you bring your boat, there is a public boat launch one mile away. The condo is located less than 2 miles to “The Circle” with multiple bar and restaurant options.
