A Entirely Equipped Kitchen includes Keurig Coffee Maker, Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Toaster Oven. Savor a friendly game of pool with the supplied Pool Table.

Appreciate oceanside breezes and afternoon siestas in the Covered and Open Deck Areas with Furnishings. Maneuver around town or take a ride down the bicycle path with the Golf Cart & 6 Bicycles Rental Package ($400 + tax weekly stays, $200 + tax nightly stays), dine at home and create your seafood sensations with the Gas Grille, and make use of the Enclosed Outside Shower with Hot & Cold Water to rinse those cares away!

Don't forget those canine family members! Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Summer months are high season in the Crystal Coast area. To get the best value, try changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons.   • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.
