The Sunshine House is a great place to make memories! Appreciate all the amenities while calming and recharging in this beach bungalow. Deck is extraordinary for dinners. Access to ICW. Beach is a 3 min. golf cart ride. Ideal home for everybody!
Our home has great space with our open floor plan and 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths, plus an outside shower!

• Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
