The property is surrounded by trees, offering true privacy.The Golf cart is street legal and can be taken down roads with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less. Take it out to dinner,fishing at the pier, the beach, and more!*You must be 25 years of age to operate the golf cart as well as sign a liability waiver agreement and provide drivers license and insurance information. Only the individual(s) who signs the forms, is eligible to operate the golf cart. Each driver wanting to use the golf cart during your stay, must also sign the documents. *There are two on-site security cameras. One camera monitors the secuirty of our golf cart, the other camera monitors the front door to ensure our maintenance crew and cleaning crew arrive on time. Front Door Access: There are two sets of outdoor stairs, on the front and side of the home. Take the stairs on the side of the home to access the front door.
