Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, a full-bath and a covered patio. Hot & Cold Outside Shower.

Level One: Bedroom #2 has a King bed, a full-bath and a covered balcony. Bedroom #3 has a Twin bed w/trundle and a covered balcony. Bedroom #4 has a Double/Twin bunk set and a balcony. (bedrooms #3 and #4 share a bath).

Level Two: Living & Dining Area have open oceanview decks. Living Area has a Flat Screen TV. The Kitchen includes an island snack bar area for additional seating. There is also a half-bath conveniently available on this level.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
