And a short driving distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, and other activities (kayaking, boating, hiking trails). Located in a semi-private neighborhood with very light traffic.

Home Conveniences: Very enormous screened porch off of the back of the home with a dining table and additional seating for calming in the shade. Gas grille just off of the screened porch, so you can prepare family meals with an ocean view.

Outdoor Conveniences: Guest storage closet under the carport with a full size refrigerator. 2 bicycles. 4 beach chairs. 1 beach umbrella. 1 beach cart for carrying your beach items.
