This 8 Bedroom,10 Bath Oceanfront Home sits just feet away from the Stunning Atlantic Ocean! You can sink your toes in the sand and relax on the beach all day long and then walk only steps to your home! Ground Level: Garage, Game room with pool table and TV, Kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, Media room with a 90" Flat Screen HD TV and a Blu-Ray DVD Player, Bedroom # 1 has Queen bed with a private bath and TV, Full Bath in hallway, Elevator access which goes from the ground level to the second level.

Level One: Main living area, Dining room, Kitchen with Bar seating for up to 6, 2 Dining tables, Laundry room, Half bath, Bedroom # 2 is Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub, and TV. Bedroom # 3 has 1 Queen and 1 Double with private bath and TV.

Level Two: Bedroom # 4 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub and TV, Bedroom # 5 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath (this bathroom has a wider door, sink that is comfortably accessible, bars in wide shower and around toilet) as well as a TV, Bedroom # 6 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub, and TV Bedroom # 7 has 2 Sets of Double over Double Bunk Beds with private bath and a TV, Laundry room.

Level Three: Master King Bedroom suite with TV and sitting area, Pet alcove (3 steps leading up to an oceanfront window seat), Private bath including whirlpool tub, Private deck.

Caper's Castle accepts you to spend your day out on the beach or spend it by your Private Pool which can be heated mid-April - mid-October for $650/week + tax; if the temp goes below 55° the pool heat pump will not work. Don't forget to relax after a long day in the sun out in your Private Hot Tub! There is an Elevator that takes you to all floors. Send the Kids downstairs to watch a movie on the 90" Flat Screen HDTV with Elevated Seating! The Outdoor, Gas Grille is ideal for grilling with the family!

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • June, July, and August are high season in Emerald Isle. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.
