Whether you’re calming indoors or exploring close by, this handsome condo offers an delightful getaway. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Atlantic Beach.
Unit K261, second level unit offers two full bedrooms. The master includes a king-size bed with a full master bath and access directly to the balcony. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, no need to go to a laundromat. The kitchen includes a full refrigerator/freezer with a full stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, and a toaster oven. The deck is accessible directly from the living room and overlooks the indoor pool/hot tub with vistas of the beach. The unit is effortlessly accessible from the parking lot. There is an elevator and suitcases dollies available for use if desired.
The gated community offers plenty of accommodations with plenty of close by eateries and local attractions. You have private access to the beach where you can walk for miles. There are plenty of activities for all ages on the premises to include miniature golf, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, 150' waterslide, grille stations, basketball/tennis courts, and daily activities hosted by condo management.
I highly recommend taking a ferry out to Shackleford Banks or Cape Lookout. Wild horses abound on the islands. You can make a day of it or just go for a few hours. No food or beverages are available there. You will need to pack in and pack out what you need.
Fort Macon is just a mile down the road. Fort Macon Park has plenty of trails for hiking or running. Fort Macon is open year round for touring. They offer a museum with park rangers demonstrating firearms, cannons, or offering informational sessions. This is rather a unique experience.
