Our Cavernous King-size bedroom is located on the right side of the home with a master bathroom & a enormous shower with two separate sinks. The ideal getaway after a long day in the sun.

We also have a Queen size bedroom with a vanity & a 3rd bedroom with 3 Twins (2 Twin beds on the ground, 1 Twin bed in a bespoke Loft). 2nd Bathroom is full size with a shower and bathtub.

How to get the best vacation home experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • To find the best value, consider changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
  • The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local Crystal Coast area magazine upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, travel guide magazines contain offers and deals for local tours and attractions.

Planning and choosing a perfect Crystal Coast rental:

  • Choose a designated group leader, choose your vacation week, and select a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Newly Remodeled Charming Beach Cottage with Private Pool in Historic Salter Path has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the property management company before you book your rental. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • If there's a particular Crystal Coast beach you simply love, look for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or charges might be applied to your invoice.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your . Store the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • To make certain damages are not attributed to your family's visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas during check in. Get in touch with the property manager right away to report any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
