JUST UPDATED!
Stunning 3 BR condo with two and a half baths all on one level, with elevator and/or the stairwell to get up one level to the unit. * Queen in 2nd BR (half bath);
* 2 twins in 3rd BR (hall bath).

This is a no smoking property. No smoking in the condo, or around the pool, elevators, second floor common areas.

The kitchen is completely outfitted with pots and pans; and you can use the charcoal grilles located by the parking lot to prepare a fantastic dinner while you are there - steaks and/or seafood on the grille? Or how about just hamburgers and hot dogs? I have supplied a picture of the grille area for our building. There are also some elegant eateries close by.
***

Check-in is at 4 p.m.; check-out at 10 a.m. Ask me in advance if you need earlier or later. I would savor if guests would remove shoes at the front door. If you break something, please let me know and attempt to replace it.

This complex is near the Carteret county aquarium, ranked 9th in the country, and Pine Knoll Shores, which was freshly advertised in Coastal Living! You can watch the dolphins and even the kite surfers from the deck of the condo or the gazebo! There is also a day dock on the sound side across the street, by the overflow parking lot and boat storage area.

Parking passes (2) included for your stay. Park in the parking lot, not under the building. If you don't find a space, there is an overflow lot across from building 1.
No smoking and no family pets! Sorry, the Homeowners Association guidelines say that renters and/or guests are not allowed to bring pets.
Saturday to Saturday units, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Safety First!! Ocean: Please look at the warning signs/flags out at the beach. If you see red flags, that means NO SWIMMING.

Can you put a tent on the beach? Modest tents/canopies are allowed on our beaches, included they are properly secured (tents over 200 ft & canopies over 400 ft need a permit). However, we strongly recommend that these structures are not left up overnight. Objects left on the beach overnight may interfere with nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings, and they also have a tendency to go missing when they are left unattended. In order to keep your visit safe and enchanting, we suggest that any structures be removed from the beach at nighttime.

Monthly prices will have two cleanings - one in the middle, and one at the end.
This unit is privately owned. -A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a visiting guest.
-The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:

-Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and

How to get the best vacation property experience:

How to get the best rental value:

  • Reserve your rental home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Crystal Coast visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guides contain coupons for nearby accommodations and attractions.

Use filters to narrow your search:

  • First and foremost, have your group agree to trip dates and a spending budget.
  • Note the number beds and the configuration your family needs. Direct Oceanfront 3 BR Condo with King, Wi-Fi, swimming pool! All on one level! has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is usually accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the property manager before you reserve the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches.
  • If there's a certain Crystal Coast destination you simply love, look for properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and some don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the owner about pet restrictions before booking.

More tips for your stay:

  • Be sure you get the host's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property.
  • Upon check-in, record any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and places you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on good ratings to propel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
