This Cozy Cottage is a ideal hideaway for couples or groups of six that just want to get away and appreciate the beach! With the waves just a 2 min. walk from the home, grab our chairs, and our cooler, fill it up with ice, and savor!

The Space:
Crystal Coast Cottage is one side of a Duplex in Atlantic Beach ready and waiting for all those in need of a great beach trip!

Top floor includes a roomy living area, huge flat screen TV, dining room, balcony with striking vistas, and a kitchen supplied with it all! The kitchen is supplied with all cooking necessities, dishes, and appliances needed for your vacation meals.

Middle floor has 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master has a queen bed, ocean vistas, a private balcony and attached bathroom. The other two rooms share a bathroom. One room has 2 twin beds and the other room has a Queen.

The ground floor has a private owners suite that you do not have access to and is being occupied in the summer. The owner has a private entrance and you should not have any interaction with them. Please respect their privacy as well :)

The washer and dryer available for use and a garage for storage and parking.

***If you need additional space for more guests, the other half of the duplex is available for short term rent as well

Five Star Airbnb with very responsive host!! Michael and his team were proactive checking in with me throughout our stay. For families with kids, this is best Airbnb in AB!!! House sits on end of street with no traffic so very safe for kids to be outside on bicycles, etc. Very safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and only a row from beach. The location is a short walk to the beach and very nice. My family had an spectacular time in his handsome home. I was nervous as being a first timer using the air bnb platform. Great location! Beach access was marvelous. Guests should know that there are two big flights of stairs to reach the main living area, though, so this home is likely not appropriate for elderly guests.

The home comes with 2 parking spots - no parking in the grass or the garage. Do not block driveways to other homes. Follow all street signs or you are at risk of being towed.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Rachel Carson Reserve. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.

  • Summer time is high season in Atlantic Beach. Book your Crystal Coast rental home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
