The condo offers a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that features a gorgeous bespoke tile walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the hallway full bathroom. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the property. It is an open and airy condo with tons of natural light, a deck facing the ocean off the primary bedroom & living room as well as a shaded outdoor seating area off bedrooms 2 and 3.

No smoking of any kind. Extra cleaning costs apply.

No family pets. This is a homeowners association policy.

No events. Quiet time from 10pm - 7am.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites usually offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise.
