Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance of family theme parks, water parks, kiddy racetracks, arcades, eateries, and grocery stores. A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Homeowners Association if you are a registered guest. Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

Very close to Oceanfront Swimming Pool, Beach & Clubhouse (See Photo). The Living Area has a 55" Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD, great for family viewing! Step out onto the covered oceanfront balcony with patio chairs for simple ocean viewing! The open floor plan is great for an oceanfront meal or additional seating! This condo with its well-appointed kitchen and sizable pantry cabinets is impressive for a laid-back family vacation. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, a Full Bath and a covered oceanfront balcony, and 37" Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a morning balcony with a 32" Flat Screen. Bedroom #3 has a Twin over Double Bunk bed, a 32" Flat Screen access to the same morning balcony. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Central Heat & Air. Washer and Dryer.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures.
