Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance of family theme parks, water parks, kiddy racetracks, arcades, eateries, and grocery stores. A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Homeowners Association if you are a registered guest. Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

Very close to Oceanfront Swimming Pool, Beach & Clubhouse (See Photo). The Living Area has a 55" Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD, great for family viewing! Step out onto the covered oceanfront balcony with patio chairs for painless ocean viewing! The open floor plan is great for an oceanfront meal or additional seating! This condo with its well-appointed kitchen and enormous pantry cabinets is awe-inspiring for a laid-back family vacation. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, a Full Bath and a covered oceanfront balcony, and 37" Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a morning balcony with a 32" Flat Screen.
