**Welcome to Salty Paws – A Coastal Retreat for the Whole Family**

Feel the appeal of Salty Paws, an Oceanside interior home located in the Spinnaker’s Reach community, just a short walk or golf cart ride from the beach access and community pool. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath bungalow is ideal for families, including your furry friends, with a pet-friendly policy (DOGS only, max. of 2, with a non-returnable fee of $150 per dog per week).

**Outdoor Fun and Relaxation**
The private pool and double outdoor showers at the back of the home provide the ideal spot to cool off after a day at the beach. The screened porch and sundeck offer peaceful spaces to relax while overlooking the backyard.

**Ground-Level Comfort**
The ground floor features a garage housing the included golf cart and a cavernous kid-friendly room with a twin-over-double bunk bed and a separate twin. This private getaway is ideal for kids and teens to relax and have their own space.

**Main-Level Living**
The main level features an open-plan great room with living, dining, and a sizable, well-equipped kitchen—ideal for the family chef. The primary suite is also on this level, featuring a King bed and private bath. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a half bath, and access to the screened porch and sundeck complete this level.

**Top-Floor Comfort**
At the top of the stairs, a comfortable loft with a daybed welcomes you. On either side of the loft are two guest rooms: one with a Queen bed and private bath, and another with a Twin and Double bed and private bath. Both rooms open onto a sunny deck, ideal for soaking up the coastal rays. Each room is thoughtfully decorated for comfort and relaxation.
