The ground floor features a garage housing the included golf cart and a roomy kid-friendly room with a twin-over-double bunk bed and a separate twin. This private getaway is ideal for kids and teens to relax and have their own space.

The main level features an open-plan great room with living, dining, and a sizable, well-equipped kitchen—ideal for the family chef. The primary suite is also on this level, featuring a King bed and private bath.
