If you bring your boat/watercraft/trailer, there is a storage facility just down from the Beau Coast entrance for a fee of $10.00 per day (costs paid to storage facility- I can put you in contact). Telephone ahead to reserve a spot, but there's usually tons of room. If you bring a golf cart, that's great or you can rent one- I have contact info. Across the street from the boat storage is the public boat launch. Another option, contact local marinas for weekly boat slip units. No boat, no problem- Many visitors express the convenience of staying in our Beau Coast community, because it has many activities/spaces to interest everybody. Grab your key fob to get in the buildings-Walk or drive to the extravagant pool, clubhouse, Traders, fish ponds, pickleball. The gorgeous post & beam Clubhouse has kitchen, seating areas, 2 TV's, books, Ping Pong table, Cornhole, etc. The charming pool also has cabaña style shaded areas & tables to get out of the sun. You can even work on your tan calming on the lounge chairs IN the water staying cool while enjoying your cold drink or book (no glass, please) while being part of your group. The opulent pool/Traders & neighborhood is a kid friendly place. There is a grille poolside to prepare lunch or dinner. There's a kayak launch dock at the pond as well. Feel complimentary to fish community ponds. You can get a fishing license at any marina, Walmart or tackle shop. Traders also has a glass enclosed office area if you need to do a little work away from your group. Appreciate a cool drink or hot coffee by the handsome fireplace, outdoor fire pit. There's a workout room/gym. Also, BC has a community Pickleball court (there should be rackets in our garage), community dock to fish, relax, etc. Adirondack chairs also on the lawn for relaxing, take a cool drink up there to watch the sun set, bird watch, look for horses on the island across the way. Day dock accepts pick up by boat & launch your kayak at the dock. You can walk, drive or take your golf cart to downtown Beaufort.
