The outdoor pool is available for guests from roughly the first week of May until the first week of October, depending on weather conditions. This well-kept ocean view townhouse is located about 15 miles between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle, right along North Carolina’s beautiful Crystal Coast. Its semi-secluded setting ensures a peaceful, uncrowded beach experience just a short walk from your doorstep. Additionally, you’ll find convenient access to a variety of local eateries, attractions, and shopping opportunities. Notable close by destinations include the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon, and the gorgeous historic town of Beaufort, all offering enriching experiences for visitors.

Inside, the townhouse features three roomy bedrooms and two and a half baths, complemented by a comfortable living room, dining area, and completely equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is ideal for families, featuring two twin-size beds, and the living room is equipped with a queen-size couch bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

To enhance your comfort, the unit includes a washer and dryer for painless laundry access, as well as two flat-screen TVs with cable—one Samsung Intelligent TV in the living room and a Roku Intelligent TV in the master bedroom. Entertainment options abound, with DVD players, a 3rd TV in the queen bedroom featuring Roku access to Xfinity, and a selection of books and games for all ages. For guests traveling with kids, removable bed rails, a highchair, and a pak-n-play are supplied, ensuring a safe and enchanting stay for everybody.

Please be aware that sheets and towels are not supplied with your stay. To ensure you have everything you need, remember to bring your own linens. If packing linens isn’t ideal, you can effortlessly reserve them through Island Essentials, whose team is available to help make your visit more convenient and comfortable.

- Linens NOT supplied.  For linens and towels, you can rent them from the local supplier, Island Essentials, and they will deliver and pick up at the unit.
- Beach chairs/Umbrella and Toys are available for your use.

Here are the updates and changes made over the years:
In 2025-2026, we undertook an exterior remodel of the buildings, which included new siding, paint, and railings. Additionally, we refreshed the two sliding doors to the unit.

2024 brought new ceiling fan in living room and new exterior faucet

In 2023, we added a new Roku TV in the Master bedroom, a new microwave, beach chairs, and a coffee pot. Moving back to 2022, we replaced the Central Air Conditioner and Heat Pump, installed a new glass-top electric stove, and added a Polywood table and chairs on the deck. We also installed new floor in the entry, stairs, landings, and bathrooms, and upgraded the Master and Guest bathrooms with comfort height Toto toilets. A Roku was installed on the TV in the Queen bedroom as well.

In 2021, the deck was furnished with Polywood outdoor rockers and a table, new windows were installed, a new hot water heater was added, the deck floor was newly painted, and a Samsung 55” Intelligent TV was placed in the living room. In 2020, a new screen door was installed on the boardwalk, and touch door locks were added.

In 2019, the entire home was repainted, and all bathrooms received new lights, mirrors, sinks, faucets, countertops, and cabinetry. New window treatments, a new garbage disposal, and a new kitchen light were also added. In 2018, all bedrooms received new beds, and the kitchen was supplied with new dishes, silverware, and comfort amenities such as cushions and pillows.

In 2017, a brand-new AC unit installed, as well as a couch bed and appreciate seat. In 2016, we added a brand-new refrigerator, dishwasher, and dryer. In 2015, the kitchen received a granite countertop, sink, and faucet. Finally, in 2014, we installed a tile floor in the kitchen, half bath, and dining room area, and added a TV in the Master bedroom.

This property was purchased in 2017 from a fellow ocean lover who wants to make sure your time at the beach is comfortable, casual and accepts you to just savor the experience of being on the water and sand. I am in the process of updating and making changes.
