The Annual Bites & Blues takes place along the waterfront in downtown Morehead City, and your ticket to the event is your guide to the culinary food scene as you stroll through a number of local vendors that will provide plenty of delicious eats. Live blues music will play in the background to set the relaxed and all around fun atmosphere, and patrons are welcome to try a “bite” from every participating restaurant while enjoying the scene. At the end of the evening, attendees can vote for their favorite “Bite of the Night,” and a portion of the proceeds from the event go to benefit the Carteret Community College Culinary Arts Program, which will foster the next wave of local chefs.
