Thirty-three years ago the Arts Council of Carteret County began “Art From the Heart” a non-juried show and sale for local and regional artists held each February. AFTH runs in conjunction with the Carteret County Schools Student Art Show including all county schools, private schools and home-schooled children in grades K-12.
