The Beaufort Holiday Art Walk is a fine opportunity to discover all the talented artisans and craftsmen who call this corner of Carteret County home, and to pick up a far-reaching range of treasures and holiday gifts that can’t be found anywhere else.

The downtown area will be crowded with different gallery receptions and coinciding events of all varieties, and thanks to the downtown’s layout that concentrates along the waterfront Front Street, it won’t be hard at all for attendees to drift from one attraction or destination to the next. Art receptions, open houses, and other enticements will be held at a number of local shops, galleries, and landmarks, and the Beaufort Historic Site will serve as the launching point, with Art Walk maps of participating locations available, and volunteers on hand to answer questions and to help guide the way. With a myriad of talented regional artists showcased throughout the town, the Beaufort Holiday Art Walk is a prime opportunity to discover the artful scene of this charming and historic waterfront community.
