Emerald Isle Day4Kids

The youngest members of your vacationing party will have a ball at this special event that’s designed just for them, and which features a wealth of free activities that everyone in the family can enjoy. Emerald Isle Day4Kids is a special celebration that features plenty of fair-style games, food, and other activities that showcase how fun Emerald Isle can be.

The event is sponsored by the Emerald Isle Parks and Recreation, and is held in the fall to take advantage of the gorgeous seasonal weather and dwindling crowds. During the event, kids will enjoy face painting, fun games, a carnival style dinking booth, inflatable jungle gyms, and the opportunity to meet some cool community leaders in uniform or costume. In addition, the Western Carteret Library will be on hand with a book exchange where kids can pick up some great reads, and there will be a number of yummy eats available, including hot dogs, drinks, popcorn, and even cotton candy. With lots of activities that will appeal to kids of all ages, as well as a few new ways to learn, create, and discover something new, the annual Emerald Isle Day4Kids is a perfect combination of education and entertainment that ensures all young visitors have a blast.
