The annual Gingerbread Festival & Competition is a fun and all-encompassing celebration that has incredible gingerbread displays, fun crafts and activities for the kids, and lots of ways to celebrate the holidays in style while admiring some of the most unique and creative gingerbread creations that the Crystal Coast has to offer.
Attendees at the annual Gingerbread Festival & Competition will find much more than the extensive gingerbread competition, which is obviously a highlight of the festival that can’t be missed. In addition to voting on the incredible gingerbread creations, folks can also explore the beautifully decorated Crab Pot Christmas Trees, play and create with kids crafts and activities like face painting, indulge in delicious concessions and holiday sweets, and even enjoy a visit with Santa himself, who will make a special appearance at the event. There is no ticket or entry fee required to join in the fun, and everyone is welcome to stop by the Crystal Coast Civic Center, (which is located in heart of Morehead City), to experience a truly festive and delicious holiday celebration.
