The Go Sailing on a Traditional Wooden Boat is part of the 45th Annual Wooden Boat Show, and is an opportunity for visitors to enjoy a taste of life on the water as they cruise along the scenic Beaufort waterfront.

The event launches from the Harvey W. Watercraft Center in the heart of the downtown area, and multiple trips are planned throughout the two-day timeframe to ensure that everyone can enjoy a ride on their schedule. A $5 per person donation is suggested, but the event is free for everyone who wants to enjoy a waterfront adventure in the local region. Proceeds go to benefit the local junior sailing program, and the event is hosted by the North Carolina Maritime Museum in Beaufort – a beloved Crystal Coast landmark.
