The PKS Turkey Trot is going VIRTUAL in 2020.
We know everyone loves our event because of the family friendly atmosphere, the community camaraderie and getting some exercise in on Thanksgiving morning.
You can still do all of that, just VIRTUALLY this year.
With the event going virtual you can run, walk, crawl, bike, row.... anywhere on Thanksgiving morning. To make this even more fun we will have plenty of fun contests and lots of social media interaction.
You can win gift cards and more for:
- Best start and finish line celebrations (video or picture)
- Furthest race participant (must show pix of an app, watch, etc with mileage) – furthest run, furthest walk, furthest bike - you can post your result on Thanksgiving morning here.
- Most creative water stop station (video or picture)
- Best costume
- Most unique / creative racecourse
- Youngest participant (video or photo)
- Best pet costume while doing the race (video or photo)
- And even a scavenger hunt to get the younger ones out and exercising
But you must be registered to win. Registration is FREE!!
Then on Thanksgiving morning post your race pictures and/or videos to either Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and be sure to use #PKSTURKEYTROT or post directly to our Turkey Trot Facebook Page
