Fairfield Harbour offers an array of amenities, including land and water sports, river cruises, live entertainment, and opportunities to discover New Bern's 300 years of historical treasures.

The Space:
At Fairfield Harbour step into your new home away from home. You'll adore your 2 bedroom/2 bath deluxe condo that is 1417-1458 sq ft! The master bedroom has a queen bed, an attached en suite and jetted tub. The second bedroom has two queen beds and access to a bathroom. In the living room there is a queen couch sleeper, and access to the balcony/patio where you can appreciate the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and savor the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort, you're sure to make many amazing memories!

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.

About the Area

Located in New Bern, this condo is next to a golf course and on a lake. Greater Good Art Gallery and New Bern Civic Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Northwest Creek Marina and New Bern Grand Marina.

When to visit New Bern & When to reserve a New Bern rental home:

• June, July, and August are high season in the Crystal Coast area. To find the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.
