This is a second-floor, point-unit condo with striking ocean and beach vistas. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, a private bath, and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twins. The living room is complete with a 37-inch flatscreen TV, a Blu-ray player, and access to a screened-in porch. Additional amenities include a entirely equipped kitchen, a private washer and dryer, and complimentary WiFi. Two oceanfront swimming pools and kids's pools, as well as a junior Olympic-size swimming pool, are located on the sound side of the complex. You will find a exercise center available for guests' use, plus tennis courts.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.

  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
